The passenger will be responsible to be at their departure point at the departure time stated on their booking form. We advise you arrive there at least 10 minutes prior to departure time stated. No Refunds will be given by late arrivals or ‘No Shows’
Included Admission
Unless stated NO Admission is included. Theatre tickets are issued on the day of the theatre trip concerned - it is the passengers responsibility to keep safe for the remainder of the day until the show start time as no tickets can be re-issued.
Aggressive Behaviour
Any passenger who behaves in an aggressive behaviour (or is an annoyance to other passengers or crew of Lowestoft Travel) will be refused to carry on their journey and where appropriate police will be informed to vacate the passenger in question from the vehicle.
Breakdown and Delays
If in the unlikely event of a breakdown or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company, we will do our utmost to charter out the proposed journey. The company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the passenger or hirer as a result.
Loss or Damage to Personal Property
The company will not be responsible for any damage to, or loss of, personal property left in vehicles, howsoever caused.
Liability for Injury
The company will not accept any liability for damage, injury or loss by any passenger standing up or walking around the vehicle whilst in motion.
The Use of Other Operators Vehicles
The company reserves the right to substitute other operators' vehicles in place of its own for any journey or part thereof.
Payment Terms
A deposit of £25 per person is payable at the time of booking for Holidays and Trips over a period of 48 hours. The balance of the booking is payable no later than 14 days prior to the date of departure, unless other payment terms are imposed by a manager within Lowestoft Travel.
Passenger Capacity and Seat Belts
No passenger may be carried in excess of the seating capacity of the vehicle and passengers should wear the seat belts provided at all times.
Damage to Company Vehicles
The company's vehicles are constructed and adapted to transport seated passengers only and standing on seats is not permitted. Any damage caused by the passenger will be invoiced for replacement.
Cancellation by The Passenger
The company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee on a sliding scale as follows :
Prior to 30 days of departure - Loss of Deposit.
30-14 days before departure - 50% of Monies Paid.
Within 14 Days of departure - 100% of Monies Paid.
The cost of accommodation, meals and theatre tickets which have already been purchased by the company will be charged to the passenger, plus any administration charges incurred by the company.
Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be charged as above
Private Hire
Lowestoft Travel has a strict policy to Private Hire. We require a deposit of £100.00 to secure date and Coach. Balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure date. We may cancel your hire if in the event of payment not being made.
We also have the right to withdraw at any time whilst on the hire date if damage is made on our coach or agressive behaviour towards our crew.
Theatre tickets
The Driver/Representative of Lowestoft Travel will allocate your Ticket for the theatre production on the outward journey. You are reponsible for the safekeeping as no refund or replacement can be issued by Lowestoft Travel or our agents.
Consumption of Alcohol
Consumption and or carrying of alcohol in the passenger compartment of company vehicles is strictly forbidden.
No Smoking Policy
PASSENGERS SHOULD NOTE THAT THIS COMPANY OPERATES A STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY ON ALL COACHES.

We are not responsible for our third party agents.
